HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!

It's that time again....... when the ghosts and goblins come out to play. Well in my case its a little witch and Jengo Fett. We ordered them online, very cute. Except Parkers costume came in a size 12 when it should have been an 8. UHHHGGGG. Still they looked adorable.

We had a great time Trick or Treating with our friends. It wasnt to cold and it didnt start raining till we were done. Our pictures speak a 1000 words. ENJOY!!!!!!

Sarriah's first talk in Sacrament.

She did so well! Her nerves were eating at her this morning, but she does well in front of an audience. We are so proud of her. The Primary program was great. Kids are the most amazing creatures. Parker was on the stand making binoculers with his hands, and singing goofy. I really wish I could have video taped the whole thing. So here it is...... Sarriah's talk.............

One way I will show my faith in Jesus Christ is by being baptized and confirmed. Being baptized is one of the first covenants we make with our heavenly father. A covenant is a 2 way promise between us and the lord. When we make covenants with heavenly father we show him our love and promise to keep all of his commandments. By being baptized and receiving the holy ghost I am making covenants to always follow the gospel. I feel very excited to be baptized and receive the holy ghost. I want to hear the holy ghost whisper to me, and be by my side. If I keep my baptismal covenants I am promised eternal life. Baptism day is a day of new beginnings. I am learning everything I need to know about the gospel so I will be ready to be baptized.

In the name of Jesus Christ Amen

The most beautiful Goalie in the world.

Sarriah had her 1st soccer games today. They won 6/3. Sarriah loves winning! She got to be the goaly for a bit, she blocked one and let one through which she felt pretty bad about, we tried to tell her its all just for fun but she really gets into it. She almost made a goal and that ALMOST means alot to her. She was so fun to watch! My little soccer princess.

Are you ready to RUMBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pee wee style.

Our little patriot, with his mouth guard way to big for his little mouth.

I realize this is a bad pic but if you look close...... you will see the lovely Sarriah, and 2 boys. While Parker was playing Sarriah was flirting. Trav was Dieing!!!!!

Parker started flag football. It is so much fun watching them play. Parker gets very into it. He got the ball twice tonight and he ran like the wind...... we just wont mention he was running the wrong way, but hey he ran his little heart out. Before the game I reminded him that he couldn't tackle anyone. I told him to go after the person with the ball and steal their flag, well he thought he was supposed to go after everyone with the ball.....including his own team members. Football is confusing! He had so much fun. We cant Wait till the next game. GO PATRIOTS!!!!!

Turn off our music to watch video. To cute! Parker is #9. Sorry my hands were shaky.(I get it from my dad)

Goodbye's are the hardest part

I took the Salfiti's to the airport at 6:00a.m. with all their suitcases that filled my car so full Abe's door wouldnt close all the way, Ash had no where to put her feet, and Daisy who was not loving the duffle bag shaped case he was shoved into, so they could fly away back to the states and on to new adventures. I am not complaining! It is always hard when you meet great people who you grow to love and build life long friendships with and then have them move away. I think its the hardest part of military life. It was all tears at the airport. Poor Abe didnt know what to do with 3 crying girl. As much as I am gonna miss them I am happy they are going home where they really want to be. Still it is hard to find friends like them and they can never be replaced. It's gonna be very sad in the mornings without Cat A.K.A chatty cathy there to keep the morning mommy meeting together.

So fairwell, Abe, Cat, and ash-i-looney. we will always miss you!

Another fun 4-day

(Fri)We had a pretty cool 4day weekend. We drove to Cheb in the Czech Republic to go shopping:)!!!! We bought 9 handbags, lunch, a scarf for P man, and a few other gifts to send home all for around 100euros. NOT BAD!!!!! It was a 3 hr drive that was sooooooooo worth it. Sarriah got her very first Dooney bag, she was pretty excited.
(Sat)We also explored the Reddesheim/Ebenburg area. They are quiet little towns with beautiful views and castles galore. Most of which have been turned into bed & breakfasts.
(Sun) We went to church and Sarriah practiced for her first talk in church, she has the sweetest talk and is very excited to give it.
(Mon)We went and bought new coats for the kids. They are very cute and very German. Dont worry pics will be up soon.

All in all we still have to say we LOVE LOVE LOVE Germany.

Sarriahs room

Sarriah has been asking me for a very long long time to paint a ballerina on her bedroom wall. I am no artist! But its what she wanted so I decided to give it a try..... I didnt do to bad! Sarriah loves it, which is really all that matters. So her royal room is complete.

Oktoberfest.

This is what Oktober fest looks like over here in Germany. We had so much fun. They have a live band, lots of food, and when you are there with a whole bunch of friends, how could you not have fun. We went for the battalion hail and fairwell. It was to load to actually hail or fairwell anyone but no one seemed to mind to much. We were all up on the tables singing and dancing the night away.

Stau

Ok.... so in the states if you get stuck in a traffic jam you honk your horn, scream and yell, flip the person next to you off, anything means and nasty. Well here in Germany.... They get out and walk their dogs, get to know the person next to them, have a picnic right there on the road, anything that is calm and happy. It's very relaxing to sit in a stau(traffic jam) Over here.
They all pull off to the side so officials can easily drive down the middle.

Walking the dog. I think we can learn alot from the people over here. Patience is truly a virtue. We were stuck here for an hour and a half!!!!!

Dan Crow concert

Dan Crow is the guy that made the song.... " I like to eat eat eat apples and banana's" The kids had so much fun.
