Wee wee pari

I was in Paris just a few days ago. If you ever wonder if the Eiffel tower is as amazing as it looks on T.V.......... Yes it is!!!! Paris is a very large wonderful city. The Louvre was amazing, for me at least. Trav and the kids were sleeping on the benches. I was always told the Mona Lisa was disappointing, I thought it was beautiful. Its amazing to see all these things that have made it through century's and it makes you wonder if stuff we make now will last that long. We got to know the metro really well. I feel like we spent more then 1/2 our time there getting from one place to the next. I have never seen so many scams in one place at one time, every where you looked there was someone trying to get money out of you. If they were'nt scamming they were singing on the metro, playing instrument or dancing on the street to get a few coins out of you. Even with all of that, when you walk through Paris its hard to keep your eyes on whats going on around you. I was to busy looking at all there is to see. Paris left me speechless at times. We traveled an hour outside Paris to Versilles the most luxurious palace in the world, and Chatres the ideal gothic cathedral. Both we well worth the trip.

Munich, Austria, Czech Republic.

We have done alot of traveling this past month. It has been so wonderful. We rented a Nissan Pathfinder and headed out. We drove 3 hrs to Munich where we spent the day. We saw the palace...... Then drove to Ruette for a 2 night stay, we saw some beautiful castles including Cinderellas castle. Then we had to make an emergency dental pit stop for Trav in Garmisch. We left Garmisch and drove to Innsbruck for a one night stay, we didnt see a whole lot here. The next morning we went to the Eagles nest, and Hitlers under ground bunkers. It was very interesting. The views from the Eagles nest were breath taking. After that we went to a salt mine. A train took us deep into the mountain, crossed an under ground lake, and slide down huge slides before taking another train out of the mine. It was a fun activity for the kids. Then we stopped in Salzburg, yes the wonderful place where the sound of music was filmed. We did the sound of music tour, and saw Motzart's house. Then we sang our way to Vienna. I loved Vienna!!!! The land of princess Sisi, Sarriah loves her. We saw her summer and winter palace, and also the crypt where she now lies. This city was beautiful, anything I say about it wont do it justice. 3 nights later we drove to Prague. We saw eveything worth seeing. Prague is another beautiful city, they also have great shopping.

Other then all the soccer fans, we really enjoyed this trip.
