We now have 2 kids riding on 2 wheels. Parker was so excited, he waited all day for dad to get home to take the training wheels off his bike. (Because mom's are not good with tools he told me.) Once they were off so was he. It took a few times of Trav running behind him holding on, but after that ZOOM!!!!! Parker peddles so fast and doesnt really get what the brake is for yet so we have to be waiting for him at curbs or roads so we can grab him before BOOM, SMACK, POW!!!!!!He was so proud of himself for not falling over a million times and told Sarriah how much better he is at riding his bike then she is. We are working on his "big head" issues. Sarriah may have needed more bandaids then Parker; but she can work the brake without flipping over the handle bars. So now that we all can ride a bike we will start doing the family bike rides.
Always sending out good vibes to our extended family across the world.

Family fun day with the FRG!
Today was Family fun day A.K.A FRG fund raiser day. Our booths were the dunk tank, and a popcorn and water stand. We did pretty well and actually It was a blast! Parker was an ace at the dunk tank. He dunked the battalion XO with every ball he threw. Everyone was a really great sport. Sarriah just kept hitting the button with her hand. The kids had their faces painted several times, ate lots of food, played in the bouncing castle, and sat in the MP car turning on the siran and yelling over the loud speaker. Trav played paint ball all day which was awesome for him. All in all, it was a pretty great day. We have a really great battalion. Even though I can stress over the FRG, I really enjoy my position. It keeps me busy and involved in something that makes a difference. I'm just so happy it didnt rain today.

Monkey Mountain in Kintzheim France, You walk around with the monkeys and feed them popcorn. Dino park near Hanover Germany, which was 10 hrs in the car for a for 1 & 1/2 hrs worth of fun. Ready, Aim, PAINTBALL!!!!!!
Trav, Micah, Gann and I all went paintballing last sat. I was terrified to go because the last time I paintballed I was left with scares! This time was a blast. We ran around in the mud all day. I got to watch the boys be tactical army men/Rambo. I was only shot 3 times and none of them left a mark. I was also chicken hidding behind EVERYTHING. The boys however were not so lucky. The were brutal to each other playing last man standing. I guess boys will be boys.
No more training wheels!!!!!!!

Heidelberg Zoo
We took our good friends the Sulfiti's and Julie to the zoo. We saw very active gorillas. One of them jumped at the glass while I was taking a picture, scared me to death!!!! Sarriah and Parker love the zoo. We could spend everyday of the year at the zoo and they would never get bored. I keep telling them we dont need to go to the zoo because I have my own monkeys at home.
Aqua Dome.

Dachau
Camp. There isnt a lot you can say after going through one of these
memorials. Its hard to keep dry eyes. One cant imagine what it was really like to live, or to work at these camps. I say work because I wonder if they knew how wrong it was and were to scared to say, or if they believed in what they were doing. I'm greatful that I was able to do this, but as long as I live I dont think I will ever understand it.
